If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Please be certain that all merchandise is in the original packaging with all parts/accessories and has the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers.

Defective merchandise is covered under manufacturer warranties and may be returned directly to the manufacturer under their warranty policy; we will assist you with that.

All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please include a copy of our invoice or packing slip with any return.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in certain situations of up to 10% on items not returned per the policy. At this time we must charge restocking fees on the return of electronic products including but not limited to GPS, fishfinders, cameras, weather stations, etc.
